I dont have much experience with animation but i believe with traditional anime. To exaggerate a movement takes a "push" and a "pull". You have the throwing down perfect but what you should do is to work on the build up. i don't shrinking or stretching my characters too much but you should try doing it just a little. For instance have your character pull one of leg up and have her arm close to her then throwing it.... "the build up" is what exaggerates and explains how much force we are seeing.

To exaggerate it, you use the angle of the camera. It would be dramatic if the character was swinging at the camera.

To have a more "impactful" sense to somthing like this, you can overshoot the arm by extending it for a single frame, you can strech it out pretty far; you won't see it but you can "feel" it : )

The latest version is pretty clearly the best of the three. The exaggerated movement helps a lot and so does throwing it with the opposite hand.

I am writing this only because you said you are still working on it, no offence meant or anything. So, I think timing is a bit off, you could make it a lot more dynamic with a nice ease-in and an ease-out. Also, the head seems weightless, my guess is it would look a lot better if you bent it in the neck while it's going up after the move. The move got no anticipation at all, you would need to draw the arm going in opposite direction for a short while before the whole animaiton. You know, like a soccer player moving his leg backwards a bit before taking the shot. And a little bit of follow-through after the move would suit it well too. I think you did a very good job on the overlapping actions like the hair Hope this comment can help you

to make the action look as exxagerated as possible, just make her head fall off at the end

The hair movement was a good idea on the first one! It seems more.. Harder of a hit.. while the second one is like "Eh.. I kick yo ass U:< "
All 3 are very good designed though!
