G for Judy. The style has a professional look. And F for Nick. The style makes him look slick.

All Judy is cute, but A is the most suitable since she does a lot of action.
And I feel that Nick should go without bang like D.

I voted A for Judy and E for Nick, since that's how I would imagine them to look in anime style.
More options to pick from would also be nice, currently there is no simple ponytail for Judy, just sidetails and twintails.
As for gender ratio, I think an even ratio would be nice, so I picked the third option.

None of the hairstyles for Judy really...suit her? Or really "feel" like her? She seems more to me like a single ponytail or short-haired gal, since she's on the force and is doing a lot of running around, bounding from spot to spot, a less loose hairstyle seems more her speed.

I think G works best for Judy. She's a police officer, it makes sense for her to have a shorter hair, which is easier to handle, especially since she takes her job seriously.
Any of the hairstyles work for Nick, though I ended up going for E. It screams "sly asshole" and suits his shit-eating grin.
