Got any pointers on good brush settings for MS?

I just go in and mess around with settings on the brushes that come with. It's all guess work for me. This guy really knows about brushes though. I downloaded some. They're great.

Thanks, I actually don't use natural media brushes a whole lot, and I have seen Mr Frenden's blog before. I mainly use variations on the preset pens and brushes for inking.
