GW let you use some of their intellectual property as a cover for your artbook?

And where here their intellectual property? The logo isn't present, isn't present words about Warhammer. Also it is free fun-art a product, the collection of my works

Well, you know about GW, their IP department spends its time issuing lawsuits to companies that sell models loosely resembling space marines; if they find out about what obviously is a CSM being used as an artbook cover, they might very well sue your ass as well. And then, no matter how legit it actually is, sustaining the procedure is going to be costly.

I sell nothing, I simply draw fun-art and I spread on a site. The book I don't print and a miniature I don't do. I spend a lot of money for their production, and I am simply the admirer of their work

Wait, if you don't intend to print an artbook, what are you spending money to produce?

Just like that, for itself and friends. When I will finish that I can send a copy and to you.
For me it is rest from the main work, on it it isn't a pity for money

I cannot find the referenced "first book" anywhere. Any suggestions on where to find it?

Wasn't it written by Sun Tzu?
