There's an epoxy called E6000 you should be able to find at most craft stores and walmart that works really well on perler projects. It's sort of a heavy duty rubber cement. I use it when I need to mount my finished stuff onto foamboard and it sticks amazingly well. Just make sure you use it in a well-ventilated area. It stinks to high heaven
