Alright. So. You know that thing I said last week about making no fanart? Well, I'm mostly going to try to stick to that but, for this, I am making an exception. The latest prompt on dailysketchchallenge.deviantar… is to draw Pam Grier and I am very disappointed to see very few people drawing her.

I suppose I could take a loophole and insist that, because I haven't seen a film of hers, I can't be a fan--but, you know what? I know well enough that she is one of the early, modern action girls in film and, for that, I have immense respect for Ms. Grier.

After this, it's back to drawing things in my life and in my head for an unknown amount of time.

This was drawn with cheap-ass Crayola watercolors (like I got it at a two-for-one sale from Walgreen's) and my now semi-solid white ink. It was, then, scanned, edited, and desaturated on Gimp.

Pam Grier is a real person and owns herself.
