Unfair critique, especially giving originality the minimal amount of stars.
Yes the navigation is similar to Apple's, but its not a direct copy. The style is definitely inspired, but since when is a specific style not allowed to be represented in other designs? A gray gradient is NOT something Apple owns. Just because they are known for it, doesn't mean they own it.
Originality is in a sense taking inspiration and creating something unique with it. This template does that and executes it quite nicely.
In that sense, I'm marking this critique as "unfair" as you are assuming design comes without inspiration. Nothing is original.

Hey, thank you a lot for this critique. You are true. The only thing i want to tel you is that i made this design just for practise, so i didn't respect any webdesign "laws" or ergonomy. But for next time i'll apply it. For the Apple Navigation bar, i made that just because am in love with Apple and because i would like to know perfectly what are the gradient of their menu (I made this design just for practise so i made many tests, including this one).
But thank you a lot for the critique, it will help me for next designs of this type

Are u sΓ»re ? Did you use a valid email adress ? A lot of people register every day and have no problem. Mauve use a different internet browser ?! It works well with Google Chrome or Firefox

Yeah, I really like your header and many details here. This is cool.
But in this design text is not very readable and it can be fixed very easily. "We create end sell..." is almost not readable at all. Also the header looks like it has his own personality, lots of space and not very concerned about what's going on underneath.
I think elements at the bottom need bigger spacing, more like the header, to add consistency. Footer shouldn't be cut off this way.
