From what I noticed so far, the Wish series (Wish-1 and Wish-4) all seem to be focusing on Duna. Any chance this is like what Chang’e is to the moon?

It's because the Japanese Mars probe (which failed to enter Mars orbit) was called Nozomi, which means "Wish".

I was trying to figure out if the Wish series is focused exclusively on the planet Duna, like how the (Chinese) Chang’e and (Indian) Chandrayaan series is focused on the Moon.
