It's pretty nice for a sketchy headshot (well, this goes way beyond what I call a head shot but oh well XD))! ^^ The character reminds me somewhat of Wolf Children.
I know that this is a sketch, but if you want to improve more on this, I would say that the neck doesn't seem to look right with the shoulders, maybe that the neck is too long for the shoulders even? The collar bone should be lower and should not overlap with the shoulders, so it's pretty near her torso.
