thank you very much. My wife kept giggling at me while I was working on it because she would walk by my computer to see me standing bent over to the side looking at it upside down.. as it was rotated the proper way only after it was rendered. lol. It was quite funny... and totally worth all the neck twisting.

thanks. I had mentioned to another member that it was originally done in more sandy colors... but I shifted it at the last minute... it looked a bit subdued and needed that little extra something... the richer palette seemed to do the trick. It is nice when members notice things like that... makes the decision feel a lot better.. even if it is personal preference.

I really like your piece bus muncher.. (mMm.. crunchy on the outside.. nah.. i won't say it.. lolz) Bloody nuisance is great too... twisted.. but all good in my books. l) The background work in your featured deviation is great too.. I like how you did the rock wall at the bottom.. looks really good. (I probably notice because of all the rock walls I have attempted to draw... heh heh)

Anubis is of a darker nature, when I think of him I think of these sorts of colours and the twisted, sometimes almost jagged patterns and smooth sweeping lines you captured here. It looks like a sandstorm and the underworld all rolled into one, with nifty allusion to the pyramids and the desert. The pallette change was a top idea!

fractal art tends too look a bit chaotic sometimes... goes with the territory I guess... rarely is it as ordered as working in a CAD environment..

I do try to give a lot of love to each piece, but in the end, I can't please everyone... I took a look through your gallery... like your ID pic the best. I am into pinball simulation and love how a rendered metallic ball looks.. yeah, call me weird, but to each their own...

do you have any suggestions as to how it could be improved? I discussed with my wife and others about adding a jewel in the center or the like, but we all agreed it carried it's own weight... perhaps you could throw something out there..

fractal art isn't for everyone I guess. I do my best and hope people like it...

I really like your 'graffiti influence piece' though. Still looks like graffiti, but heavily stylized and tron-like. More stuff like that would be great! A friend of mine thought of doing desktops with peoples names (like those key rings/personalized mirrors etc) and having them for download... She abaondoned the project, but I could see it taking off with yours... I would download onto mine if my name was all done up like that.. but hey.. just babbling.
