Here's the frame-by-frame version of the base for those of you who don't have fancy programs
. FURTHER DESCRIPTION POSTED FROM THE .gif VERSION OF THE BASE.
I'm REALLY amazed that I made this icon base all from scratch. Really, I am. The reason that it's black and white is so I can see if you'll actually color and shade and take your time on this. And sorry for the non-transparent bg. BUT before you use it, here are the rules:
Credit me when you use it. 
Take your time on this. No 5-second drawings. 
You may only use this on DA. 
Comment with the link when you're finished with it. I'd like to see what you guys make 
Feel free to edit some parts, just not too much. 
Have oodles and oodles of fun! 
Oh, and one more thing. If you guys don't really want to use the base, you can commission me to make the icon for you. Only 3-5
