Acrylics on an 11X14 canvas board.I didn't realize quite what the problem was with this picture until it was already too late and I had finished painting the glasses on Vash! But I'm not saying what they are cuz then you'd focus only on that... *shifty eyes* Anywho, this little excersize in trying to paint (which I don't do as much as I probably should) took 4 hours and had about 5 minutes drawing/planning time. Yeah - it was one of those - just do it and get it done... I should take commissions... XD
Update: I sold this painting - whoot! I threw out a high amount at a convention a few years ago and the guy didn't blink, just handed over the cash. O_o Guess I should paint more!

Danke danke! ^_^ Although I can't do quite everything I'd like to with my painting - but you know, it's easy if you just do it all the time. Plus, I've found out now that I've learned how to "paint" with the computer, real painting has become a whole lot easier! I know better how to shade - on the computer I can fix my mistakes, in real life, you have to be a bit more careful, but it's the same basic idea.
Try it someday - I think you'd do really good painting too!
