Description
Somewhere on the globe an animator suddenly wakes up panting and sweating.I don't know why i felt like uploading this horrid animation sequence on my gallery lel. Are they running? Are they swimming? I don't know! I kind of like the squiggle-ness of it tho.
I'm obviously a noobler at this, don't bully pls xD

This is way better than I could ever do, and I think it's pretty cute! If you keep practicing, I bet you'll be able to do some great animations. I would love to see more Yimins in motion - they are so adorable with their stubby little legs! X3

I think the only reason why it looks ''bad'' is that the legs of yinmins are a bit small.
I just got a book about animations and another point could be that you didnt used the up and downs of a run cycle.
One last point could be that front and back legs move at the same time in the same direction, but lets say that I think that could also look good if the other points i said would match.
Yeah just saying if you ever have any struggle. I think its not the animation itself.
On Youtube is a video about run cycle (but human) if needed.
If you ask me, it looks like this cuddly yinmin tries to get into the air and get some height.

Great pointers! I had the up and downs you talk about in my mind but it's one of these things where your hand just can't do yet what your brain is wanting to. (a matter of practice i believe) I think looking at animation sequences of animals as reference would help a lot.
And yeah their stubby little legs are tricky to animate :< I should plan their joints better next time (they do have them but they're just soo short lol)

I dipped my fingers in it before but no try ever lasted more than 5 minutes lol. This time i forced myself to finish it no matter how bad i thought it would be. xD

Animation I difficult ep
I had a Dsi that had the flip note thing on it kinda a basic animation tool and would use that for the longest time
It's fun
But very time consuming and tasking
But this didn't turn out that bad lol.

Haha in my mind they move more like in a trotting kind of fashion but alas my brain could not do the sequence properly lol. Animation is a whole new deal for me uwu
