Fresh air, natural lighting, lots of trees around...seems like a perfect spot for a bit of doodling!
I think the two black lines on either side of Chester's face are very distinctive. I also like the look of his tail, and how the shading produces a whole gradient of color!
EDIT - I see you used the "textured pencil" technique on the less-detailed trees in the background. In this particular context, the style reminds me of Bob Ross. Maybe Chester is doodling his own set of "happy little trees."

Sure is. We've called our project The Chronicles of Anthropia, a High Fantasy World where only Anthro Animals exist and humans get transformed when they go there into Anthro Versions of their favourite animals.
