Here is my first tutorial !
Sorry if it is not very visible , I'll add the detailed steps below ~

Step 1 : Sketch

Step 2 : Lineart

Step 3 : Flat colors

Step 4 : Shade the white of the eye and the eyeball . I use the same color and add a 50% multiply layer

Step 5 : Shade a second time , same color , 50% multiply

Step 6 : 50% multiply to draw the center of the eye + 50% screen to add light

Step 7 : Adding the little spots of white light

Step 8 : Coloring the lines according to the eye and hair color, if you want you can also make the eye pop by adding a 50% overlay layer over the eye.

Sorry if I'm not very clear, I'll try to do better next time, if there is a next time ^^
