I could barely comprehend how utterly dense some people are. It is not even about having never seen a computer before. It is about these things that I inconceivably share the same evolutionary heritage with, who apparently are irrational idiots incapable of 1) Saying "Thank you" when someone actually spoke for well over an hour to help their thankless digitally challenged selves, and 2) Simply demonstrate logic higher than that of a 5 year old.

I am convinced that Tech-support are the most noble, patient, and under appreciated humans to walk to face of the planet.

My hat off to you, gentlemen. And women.

SO. TRUE. I actually have a series of my own centered around stupid users. Some have termed this phenomenon the "ID10T Error". It's amazing how otherwise intelligent people can suddenly act so monumentally stupid when they're put in front of a computer.

Dear lord, story of my life. Tech support is a nightmare.... I actually had a guy call me and ask me how to get "some of them naked lady pictures" on his computer! I had to hand him off to one of my co-workers because I couldn't keep from laughing. I swore I would never do tech support again...
And now I work IT at a rental yard and the only thing more technologically dense than the employees ("What do you mean I'm not allowed to look at porn on my lunch break?! WTF's a virus?") are the customers ("Forklift? I don't want no damn forklift I want one of those yellow jobbie's with the pokey things on 'em to lift stuff!") So thank you, great MiniLei, it's nice to know us abused techies are appreciated.

You're the true vector master. Unless you've been using raster graphics software to do those, but they don't look like they're done on that... they look Flash-ish.

I just wish I could draw people, which makes me envy with a fiery burning passion anyone who can.

Then again, my stark refusal to draw in anime or any otherwise oversimplified style might have something to do with it.
