Well, I think Lanen and I would get along just fine, but she's like a bad influence. Allora is a super villain, so she hates everyone. I tend to try and make my characters not like myself. So, if one of them is a real jerk, we wouldn't get along.

I too was upset that there is in fact no one interesting to marry, especially after we were told at some point you could marry "anyone." And I too was disappointed that Brynjolf was not one of the options.

And they deny the marriage of dragons. That's racist! XD I know! Brynjolf has the most adorable accent in the game! Such a waist. I ended up marrying Vilkas.

Yeah, basically they denied any interesting marriage possibilities: Brynjolf, Karliah...And no Khajiit, too, which is weird, especially since Kharjo would probably have made a pretty sensible choice. Also, I swear they found all the ugliest NPCs and decided they would be the marriageable ones. Off hand, Mjoll the Lioness and Lydia are the only exceptions; girls are just out of luck. :/ I think my Dunmer guy is probably going to end up going for Brelyna Maryon at the College of Winterhold; she's at least decent and I'm sick of having Lydia follow me around.

yeah seriously! I was upset when I found out there were no Wood elves to marry. I just made a wood elf file and I guess she won't get any lovin'. All the men are old and gross looking. Lydia is like a constant burden to me. . _ . I refuse to marry her as a guy or a girl. I keep her around like a person keeps around a house plant vine. It does nothing for you. You keep watering it and it just spreads across the house and gets in the way. They don't smell nice either. They're just there to make your house look less like crap. XD

Yeah, I dumped her at the Bee and Barb a while ago after a little walk from Windhelm to Riften. I was diseased and I killed 7 wolves and three bears; my horse killed two wolves. Lydia killed exactly nothing. And I was left wondering, why exactly is it I cart you around? I remembered the next time I was overburdened in a dungeon. ^_^
