This is my OC Thel. In his world, gender roles more or less don't exist. Like... at all. Therefore they don't have a concept of masculinity and femininity, at least not to genders. So women can never wear a dress or skirt in their life and it would be totally fine, and vice versa men can wear skirts and dress. They just don't care.

So where is his other arm?
Note: Even if the arm is down by the body, it will still been seen from that angle. Especially since the shoulder and subsequently the armpit would fold down over the fabric of the dress. (don't worry I did that alot too. <3)

Nay, I checked this in the mirror and my arm was hidden like his was, plus if the arm is pulled back far enough the shoulder can be hidden too.
