"For the first time in forever, nothing's in my way."Sooo, this is a digital painting of Anna from Frozen! It's based off of 'For the First Time in Forever' , one of my favourite songs from the film.
With this artwork, I tried a slightly different technique in terms of colouring. I'm really pleased with the final result!
Tools used: Paint Tool SAI

PS I'm a novice at Paint tool sai (been using for only 9 months), and watching your speedpaints, I found I need to learn more about the programme (I'm still completely rubbish with it...).
Could you recommend a few tutorials online?Β

Tutorials... Well, that kind of depens on what exactly you're looking for: SAI's different tools, lineart, shading... For me, learning to use SAI was mostly trial and error, experimenting a lot and letting myself be inspired by my favourite artists. I did of course use some tutorials over the years, but I can't remember them. There's so many out there!
One thing I can recommend, though, is a Paint Tool SAI group here on deviantArt, which has a folder specifically for tutorials.Β painttoolsai-artist.deviantartβ¦
There's a lot of stuff in there, you might find something useful!
