No it's not Toris dear .That old man is Alexander and one who looks like Liet is Daniel.They're from horror game called Amnesia:The Dark Descend.
(and they're really similar at least fans likes to see Daniel like that though his concept art is not so pretty look there [link] )

Seriously I'm not sure they're different.But look close [link] and maybe they're is one color but changes depends of light .But I like idea of different eye color it makes him more attractive.
