Alright, I'm going to try and critique this in a slightly different way this time. If it doesn't work out well, I'll go back to my more sloppy review method.
Vision: The colors are too bright and kind of an eyesore. The purple and yellow outlines aren't very appealing either. The expressions are alright, and everything else is just meh.
Originality: Nothing too interesting. Just two furries slapped in front of a neony rainbow background
Technique: The lineart isn't too bad, well except for the cookie. Coloring also seems pretty smooth. It's okay, but again, nothing too interesting.
Impact: The pic in general seems pretty generic. As I said before, nothing too interesting, and the background is quite blinding.
Try being less bold with the colors, and try adding more depth to your drawings also. That might help some.
