Are you getting sick of the Bartok sketches yet?

A difference approach was taken when drawing the fellow this time around. Although model sheets of the character were referred to for anatomical correctness, poses of Stitch from Lilo and Stitch and Lilo and Stitch 2 were consulted for each pose. Stitch is kind of built the same, and you can find him in a lot of cute poses, so it was simply (and sometimes not too simply...) a matter of translating Stitch into another character.

The top middle pose was, BY FAR, the most difficult one to do. Drove me nuts. It took me forever to sketch out the first rendition of it, which I ended up not liking and scraping entirely. Funnily enough, my second attempt was better and only took me maybe half a minute or less to sketch out. Go figure. I guess I had to fiddle with the thing for ages first to get a good grip on it.
