These are more sketches which I drew and colored based on characters created by my DA buddyl LavenderBlade [link]Up top is MFox and her little sister JCFox
Below is my favorite, BloodMoon/LotusMoon

So very cool indeed! I love seeing Melinda and JC Fox in this piece! Both are tricky characters to get down, but you did very well with them! Seening your first take on Melinda Fox was especially cool!
I love your Blood Moon/Lotus Moon sketch here. Her eyes are so wild, you have such a great passion for that character, you really helped bring her back from limbo over the last year or so.

Thanks, I was going to try making ups some Fem-Force type characters with a friend of mine [link] but he had to cancel, so I ended up looking through some of you characters and BAM. This is what happened. I like it, but I forgot Lotus' eyebrows on the mask. I didn't know how to do a lotus flower either, but it turned out good.

I've just finished a new Lotus Moon piece to which I plan to share on Monday and the red "dot" on her forehead mask with the lotus flower inside is what I went with too, so cool.
That Fem-Force sounds cool, that's something right up your alley. Sorry to hear it was cancelled.
With drawing MFox for the first time, did any challenges arrise? She has alot of fine details, the choker, the patterns on her jacket, her red hair streaks, and so on, you got them so well.

She came together easily. I for a minute was intimidated by the checker design, but it came out fine.

You did a great job with her jacket patterns. May I ask what colors did you use for her jacket?

I colored the "red" squares with a crayola marker that comes in a pack of like 30 markers or something like that. You've probably seen them, they got 'em everywhere. I used the dark/brick red out of that pack. Then I went over the whole thing (the red squares too) with a Copic Warm Grey 5.

Cool, thanks! Since I don't use the some of the same markers you use, I'm always curious as to how the colors arrive.
I'm still fixed to 'Moon's glare, her intense look here. She looks so deadly.
