Description This idea was sparked from a joke that I said during physics. Trust me, if you don't get it, consider yourself lucky.

EPIC btw.
Did you hear the one about Heisenberg?

When was Heisenberg born? Oh, my, that's very uncertain.

OutcastGenius In reply to miyamoto [2011-01-07 18:30:08 +0000 UTC]

Heisenberg was driving down the motorway, when a policeman stops him and asks:
"Sir, do you know how fast you were going?"

Heisenberg replies,"No, but I can tell you exactly where I was!"

Yeah, I just did a huge presentation on CERN at school. Went well.

Mu! Awww...how cute. *giggles* Totally reminds me of a joke (see below, since I'm bored and the world needs more goofy nerdy jokes) ;

An experimental physicist performs an experiment involving two cats, and an inclined tin roof.

The two cats are very nearly identical; same sex, age, weight, breed, eye and hair color.

The physicist places both cats on the roof at the same height and lets them both go at the same time. One of the cats fall off the roof first so obviously there is some difference between the two cats.

What is the difference?

One cat has a greater mew.

Why thank you. ^_^ I made this in physics class 5 years ago in MS Paint. I can't believe I still get compliments and +favs on it.

Hahaha! Sure thing! This probably took me less time to put together than any other art I have and yet seems to be my favorite work. Go right ahead and do that! Physics rules!

i wish i knew what it mean

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

miyamoto In reply to starrysurrealism [2004-06-08 19:17:30 +0000 UTC]

The cat is saying the Greek letter for M, it's pronounced "Mew." Mu (mew) is the symbol for the coefficient of friction in classical physics. It's just an old physics joke that goes "what does a Greek cat say?" "Mew." I found it amusing. Anyway, that's what it means.

i thought that what a physists cow says?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

wosao In reply to motoblade [2009-02-07 22:03:27 +0000 UTC]

it depends on how you say it. If you say it as "m-ew" (like the pokemon) it'd be a kitty. If you say it like "moo" it's the cow.

I prefer the cow.
