I love the movie Jaws and Iβve seen it more times than I can count. Robert Shaw as Quint, Roy Scheider as Police Chief Martin Brody, and Richard Dreyfuss as Matt Hooper are probably some of the best characters ever put on film. I did this picture a long time ago when I saw an old promotional photo of the three main stars of Jaws framed inside a giant shark mouth.This was colored with a very old art program on my old PC so I tried to spruce it up a bit with Paintshop but there wasnβt a lot I could do to it. If I find the original black and white art I plan on re-coloring it.

Don't worry, you will find the JAWS novel. Every book, no matter how old or out of print can be found online somewhere.
I love both sharks and dolphins. My favorite football team is the Miami Dolphins.
Quint dies so Brody has to face the shark alone. In both the movie and novel Brody ends up having to face the shark by himself to make it more dramatic.
I agree thought, it sucks that Quint dies.

Miami Dolphins have been on a long losing streak so I am hoping they get better this year. So far so good.
Roy Scheider was a great actor. Jaws is definitely one of his greatest films. He was also really good in The French Connection and 2010: The Year we make Contact.

Hehhe I don't know. If you Google Miami Dolphins you'll mostly see the Dolphin logo and their cheerleaders.
I don't know when you could meet Hooper, but I think Richard Dreyfuss has a website where you can send fan mail. I'm not sure though.

Quint is God! Jaws is one of the few times that the original novel sucks and the movie rocks. Did you ever see the deleted scene with Quint buying piano wire and making fun of the little kid practicing the clarinet?

Yeah the movie rocks beyond awesomness!! But I liked the novel too, because there was more interaction between the characters and less shocking-evil-shark-moments.

No problem! If you search youtube for JAWS Deleted Scenes they have a whole clip of them from the first movie, but you really gotta be specific when looking for that Quint in the Music Store scene.
I love Quint, I memorized all of his lines from the movie. I'm planning on doing a pencil portrait of him when I get the time
