yes, yes it is. this cruiser in particular seems to have a majestic wingspan. rendering it at that angle is a bit of a waste.

I was agreeing with you, dolt.
Anyway the idea behind the pic was that I wanted to do something shiny and reflective, and used a flattened Star Destroyerish wedge shape for it, and then slapped on fins when it looked bland. Would have used another angle if I'd had the ship concept before I started.

Nice. While the design looks very organic, this whole picture has a nice Homeworld 2 vibe going for it--the golds, the blues, etc.
The finned design is rather unique-looking. I certainly can't remember anything off the top of my head that looked like this.
