Description
This was for the Ponyo banner contest, but since most of it didn't fit in the banner I figured I'd upload a bigger version :3Here's the banners I made with this picture:

The colorings REALLY messy. SAI kept dying every 5 minutes so I gave up and went to Mr. Slow PS Dx I can't use the smudge tool or any large feathery brushes or it just take forever x_x I really hope I win that contest... a new computer would really be great right now ):
Anyway I finished this all in one day... I'm kinda proud of myself for that xD

I don't have Photoshop.. do you think I can do something to have a kind of texture like that with Paint Tool SAI ? :/

SAI doesn't really have as many layer blending options, but you can use like overlay and multiply and still get some decent texturing with those if you use 'em right

If you know Photoshop, you can learn SAI really easy. It's actually even more simple than PS xD
