Beautiful. Well done, you have done this in a way that proves both smooth but sharp {if that makes any sense}
The curls of the hair flow wonderfully, even though created by dots. The expression is, like the namesake, adorable.

Thanks although I don't think you're that far off.
Try to see simplify your technique. When you are drawing from a photo look at as if you are coloring; Out line the shadows and fill them in. Once you see drawing that way you can fill in the outlined shapes with anything (like dots, lines, letters or even multiple Fleur-delis)

I stopped for a longer while and now I have two main problems: hand precision and mind precision (I mean I know what to draw, but I have no clue how to do it)
But I'll work on it

Awesome job here! And also, props to you because all the dots are like...dots. An issue I find with doing that sort of style is that pen turns into a teardrop or somethin.
