hmmmm... not really. I mean you definitely got Slade's eye down right, chilling, menacing, yet alluring. But then again, I'm not really sure what you where trying to go for... Maybe you could adjust the position of his eye, move it down more, that might add to the menacing effect...But honestly I think it looks great!
