well there is no fog.. with my new macro technique I simply have a absolute fractional depth of field.This part of the spider you can see here is just about 2 or 3 mm long.

I guess spider phobia is one of the most common phobias. I myself am not really fond of them, but I guess I dont have a spider phobia yet.
I thought it best to express the phobia with a creepy photo of a spider. Where I live there are not many real hairy big spiders so I tried to take photos of uncreepy spiders in a creepy way

Aber es ist wirklich interessant, so kleine Tierchen auch mal so nahe zu sehen.

es sind eben meistens so krabbeltiere weil die am wenigsten vor menschen zurückschrecken.. also zumindest bei den spinnen so. Die kann ich fast mit dem objektiv berühren ohne dass die sich bewegen. Außerdem isses wie du sagst auch interessant details von tieren zu fotografieren die man sonst nicht einfach wahrnimmt.
