Thank you! I would love to do a proper shoot in a multi-storey for some reason. The lighting is just cool and I like the kind of backdrop it gives. Don't know why.

That is a GREAT photo! Did you get a new camera or something?

No! Still the EOS 400D (Rebel... whatever you guys call it in the 'States). Why, were my previous pics no good?

No, it's just that the colors are so vibrant. I know your camera takes awesome daylight pix. I've noticed with my cameras in the past that if they take good daylight photos, night/dark-lit shots don't come out so good. I guess it's time for me to switch to Canon, seriously. My sister just got one and gets amazing pix as well. I'm a Nikon-kinda-gal, but I feel like it's time for me to swallow my pride and just buy a Canon.

Well I did do a lot of colour correction work in photoshop - shooting RAW always helps. Everything is very exaggerated in that shot for the sake of getting a decent atmosphere. But yeah. Totally switch to Canon. Even their old cameras are a hell of a lot easier to use (and find bits-n-pieces for) than the newest of Nikon, in my opinion. It's like Mac OS7 vs. Windows 7. 25 years in the difference, and the former is still better!
