Well, among pokemon, I think Kalos was one of the best regions Β (yeah you can't take hoenn, johto and kanto from my mind and heart because of my childhood xD)
the very 3 are my fave (being hoenn and a johto at the very top ~) Β and now Kalos .. humph... how could this be now... 1. Hoenn (sapphire was my first very own game) 2. Kalos (this game is freaking awesome) 3. Johto (well I meant crystal game ~ hahahahah) 4. Kanto ~

No 4th gen ... was a little bit boring in my opinion . . . Though ... the pokemon in that gen where really nice
Ikr! Like on the grass . Nop, i forced one using the rod method and i got a poliwhirl. And as well forced one by breeding with masudaa and got a ralts. And a couple of others I got but fro. My friends... who actually finds shinies every where

Sure welll.... you just need any rod, go into any route with water in which you can surf or you can fish.
hum sooooo. you just need to find a spot in which there is two rocks kinda separated and fish between them: similar to like this: static1.fjcdn.com/thumbnails/cβ¦
(it may be smaller rocks too it doesn't really matter.)
so the key to see if you're doing good, is that whenever you use the rod, you will always find a pokemon. if you do so, your opportunities of finding a shiny will grow
Requirements and rules:
1. don't move from your spot if you had already fished something.Β
2. you don't have to defeat the pokemon or catch it,.. you just need to run from battle and fish again until the shiny comes out
3. you need patience, is the easier way to find a shiny but as a method.... requires some work n.nU but in less than 200 pokemon found, one or two can be shiny
