I rushed this a little bit..but I will have a full guide with actual pictures on my blog shortly. Don't worry.

I might change a few things when I make it -- but this is the easiest way to make him for newbies to plushie making.

I will be using felt..but you can use anything. Fleece will hind seam lines very well, BTW.
