Intersting text arangement. And about the quote, you couldn't be more right. I think in this days, the only way maintaining peace is to posses the ultimate nuclear weapons, like a peace waranty or something... A pseudo peace of course.

Sad but true,my friend.We live in a world where "peace",if we could call it that way,is maintained through fear...But some of us forget that out of fear,hate is born,and out of hate a conflict will occur.

.. Well. one thing. This clever arrangement puts a constant war-war-war in the background. And my melancholy streak remembers that we humans have had about 500 years of worldwide peace out of the last 5,000. So it ends up alluding to an all too sad fact.
