I'm not good at explaining things so I apologize, this will probably be really... skip-ahead-ie (?)
third thing:
this is the same general way I do pixel dolls and such, only those are 150x150px instead of... whatever size this is.
SO YES. this tutorial will teach you my ways (maybe?)Β
also, the program is microsoft paint. even if you have a different version, it should still work for you!

some of this was confusing about the inside lines then putting in the pink with the bucket.Β

ah, lemme see...
well, when you use the bucket tool to fill in a space with color (lets say pink) then any pink lines or pink dots will become "attached" to the area the bucket filled.
when you right-click with the bucket, it will fill the previously pink space back up with white, and all the lines/dots of pink I used to sketch are gone~Β
does that make any more sense? ;w;

I've never thought about using the new paint program since it doesn't have the layer feature so I'm paranoid about screwing up. Definitely something to practice now that I have a tutorial > u < I'll be sure to let you know how it goes~
