She has a very distinctive bust in the anime. It's incredible noticeable when....I really wish I knew how to add a spoiler tag thing that only shows the comment when you click it. Either way her bust isn't there in the manga but in the anime it definitely is.

as far as i know it's gender isnt officially confirmed...
actually in the official "Hunter × Hunter Character and Word Data Book" its once referred to using the pronoun "彼” (kare), which is usually translated to “he”
so neferpitou seems to be a guy
