It's a pic that I tore into and upped to make some kinda tiny wallpaper like my pervious submission
I think this one came out rather well. This'll probably be the last image I do. I didn't draw it, but I did color, arange and up the quality from a low quality video clip. Ed from Ed Edd n Eddy
