I thought a lighter pelt was in order so here's my last entry for Pyropell 's contest. Once again open here:
Design Contest 2022EDIT: If you do not win the contest, you are free to do whatever you wish with the design(s) you made! You can sell, keep, adopt, etc…whatever you want! Just wanted to clarify that :3 Thanks to an immense amount of positive feedback, I have decided to open a Design Contest! What will be the subject? A cub design between my two OC’s, Majini and Aleatash! I didn’t think they’d be a couple, but then someone pointed out that they look like a couple in a bar who’d approach you and compliment your vibe. The cub can be any gender! I have no preference, make them whatever you wish! You can give them a personality/backstory as well. But please don’t feel obligated! A design by itself is more than enough. However, I do ask that a color palette be included with the design if it’s a more complicated one, just for my own ease. ———————————————————————————————————— RULES: .Bases allowed! Credit MUST be given, otherwise the design will be disqualified. .NO TRACING!!! I cannot stress this enough, if you are caught tracing, I will not hesitate to block you and call you out for it. Referencing is allowed of course, but be aware of the crediting rule if you reference a bit more than usual. if you wish to heavily reference something, reach out to me and we can discuss it to make sure it’s OK :3 .Collaborating with another artist is allowed for a submission, but there will still only be 1 prize, I will not double the amount. .If a design is deemed way too close to another pre-existing design, I will ask for it to be changed if you wish to keep it in the competition. I understand 100% that no design will ever be 100% original anymore due to the sheer amount of OC’s in our community, but there is a difference between coincidence and copying! .The designs SHOULD look like the biological cub between the two characters. A red and cream lion couple will not produce a blue cub, for example. .Please post your designs down below in the comments! There will be a featured comment to post your designs underneath. Any design not posted in that comment thread will not be accepted. This can also be exchanged into DA points for those without a Paypal/Venmo or other digital payment application. Not much to elaborate on, the genetics at play are pretty obvious on this guy but i gave him a fluffier derrière (perhaps it can be traced back in his lineage....or just a spontaneous feature).
