Ooo! Very nice pic.
The coloring looks nice and smooth except for the green circle. The texture there looks a bit too "crayonish". Otherwise, awesome work.

Yeah I know...I was realy upset that the pencil did that...I hate my art to look crayonish..blegh...but unfortunately there was nothing I could do. I try to make the caracatures look as smooth as possible. Darn budget pencils!! *shakes fist*

Or go out and buy one or two Prismacolor Clear Marker Blenders!
They're clear alcohol-based markers that will "melt" the pencils and blend them together. I use those for my colored pencils to give them a smooth look. And they aren't expensive...maybe 3 dollars each at the absolute most. Trust me, they are SO worth it!

I usualy use a watercolour fabercastel pencil to blend colours, gives a gorgeous almost silky effect.

I never thought of the concept of having a dragon and wolf in a combination. You have completed this task very well. I like the placement of the writing also
