I took a closer look back at my old character concept art for Ash and I have decided to keep more of it, for the cloack color and the scarf: [link] | [link]
Also needed the updated reference sheets for:
Ash (youngling)
Ash (the bounty hunter)
Christie (the bounty hunter),
Kayne (the dragon slayer),
Grace (youngling)
Grace Trothware,
Jake Trothware,
Wodd (the cow dragon),
Li-lo (the doggie),
kidds (Will, Dill and Gill),
G. Loue (the alchemist).
Lots of work yeah. That's why I'm not making complex and elaborate sheets, but something just plain and clear. I'll need at least two more of those until I can start making comic stripes
What do you think about this one for a start?

Well, if you check the picture, his species is latent dragon, not human XD
In fact, to pu it more properly, he's human with dragon blood, taht starts to express itself as he grows older.

Wow. There's a definite change in those 6 years from his Adult to Evolved form. Looks really great! I always loved your clothing designs. The purple hair looks really nice on him and goes really well with his clothing. Great work!

Well first of all... the first line of your Artist's comment wreaks of guilt...
and I just put a picture of Vincent up right next to yours... He even yelled out "Holy crap... I didn't know I had a brother."
Vincent always used to be a quiet one... until this...

I looked at some of your art... and I must say that I have to apologize. I'm not going to deny that it looks like Vincent, but at the same time you are definitely not like most artists...
I usually see not only 1 reference from a final fantasy character on a piece of a persons art, but about 25 references of people saying "I didn't reference... don't say that I did... blah blah blah"
So when I saw your comment, I saw guilt... like I see in those other artists... So I guess just this once since your art gallery is magnificent, I'll take it back. Good job. Keep up the good work.

Sweetie, If I was to copy, don't you think I wouldn't care tatking a note of the possible resemlance with the game's character in my deviation's comment? But yeah I suppose many deviants do take FF characters for models, it's so popular after all, so it's kinda natural to have a full of a reaction. The fact is I don't like him looking like Vinc, yet I don't feel like helping it just because FF VII is so famoust.

Well, maybe he looks like vincent, but just because that thingie in the hair! I love the adult form of Ash! But why does he looks so... human? O_o

Yeah, he kinda looks like vincent...but that's only because of the collar of the coat. The whole outfit, on the other hand - is so different you can tell it's an original character. Plus the hair and eye color help alleviate that impression.
But it does ensure that he seems very moody and troubled; because of the covering of the face. So don't let people bully you into thinking its a bad thing!! XP

Меня что здесь. что на предыдущем смущают странные тени на груди. Из-за них создаётся иллюзия излишне объёмных выпуклостей. Это. во-первых, районе нижних рёбер, но это ещё можно списать на большие размеры грудной клетки. А вот выше какие-то совсем непонятные складки :/ Или всё же их тоже можно списать на собенности одежды или анатомии?
