Yeah man... especially after ffXIV first launch....I can't be hyped too much from square enix crap, even though FF7 is like my favoritest game EVER.

I personaly think Square Enix makes fantastik games. I speand literly over 750 hours with Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy and god knows how many hours I played  Kingdom Hearts games. And the new KH and Dissidia games look promising. My beloved Shantotto looks so amazing in these graphics. Thought I am personally also not that interested in the FF VII Remake and FFXV.

Is really sad, these new games are like an interactive movie than anything, actual players are not players, they are like a cinema crowd. Turn based battles is too hard for them!

 Yes many Video games are like interactive movies but thats not a bad thing aslong the gameplay has deep and is challanging. Prime example Kid Icarus Uprising. This game is really like playing a movie. It has few a very short cutscenes. 99% of the story is explained during gameplay. Through telepatig comunication the Characters can talk at any moment to each other.
The Chapters are really spectacluare and cinematik. But the gameplay still has alot of deep and is really challanging. Aslong the gameplay dont suffers there is nothing wrong with i when a game is cinematik. Another good example KH 2 Fm. Its really cinematik but still has awsome and challanging game play. I like turn based games and I understand why you are upset that the Remake dont has that. Its wierd that all 3 big upcomnig Square enix titles (FFVII Remake,FXV,KH3) are action RPGs. A bit diversate in there games would make sense. I personally only interested in KH 3 and Kh 2.8 becuse I am an die hard KH fan and in the new Dissidia becuse I love Dissidia 012 and shantotto(She looks so freaking good in the new graphics).
I personally see turn based RPGs also as an interactive movie just with a different Style.
I seriously can not imagine that that turn based battles are to hard fore anyone. I found they are the easiest form of gameplay.
Say have you actually played Ni No Kuni? Its kind of a mix bet wen real time battles and turn based battles. It has its flaws but I found it enjoyable.

Mhm, FF9 was the PSX's crown jewel, as well as Uematsu's magnus opus.

And it wasn't just Freya, the Burmecians as a whole were one of the best non-human races from FF games (followed by the Viera, of course, heheh), they were truly unique and recognizable. Unlike what Squenix releases these days... 

Now, it's all just catgirls and catgirls; and while I love catgirls as much as the next dude, they just don't have anything that makes them apart from the shitonillion of similar animal-eared races you'll find in like 99% of the MMOs. I mean, can you tell me what's the difference between a Mithra and Miqo'te? Because I just don't see it...

yeah that's a good option C:
I even would like to see the new remake a bit, but for me a perfect remake should be the same old game, graphic improved without change the style or the main identity. Then make the game huuge with 2000% of content in comparison with the old one. Want to see ChronoTrigger like that too.

Good point. I also want to see the remake, but I know I will have to separate my feelings/memories because of how much they are going to change it. At least you will get your 2000% content since they are breaking FF7 into at least 3 games. (And doing ChronoTrigger would be astronomical... It's already a huge game and is so far removed from the 3D game world! I suppose ChronoCross is a bridging point?)
