I'm somewhat reminded of Chrono Trigger for some reason. The coloring style seems somewhat similar.

I think it would be the hat, similar to Lucca's hat, and the machine its similar to Toriyama's machine style drawing. Also, I used strong
lines here, like Toriyama. He was a strong influence for me in the past years.
