I over heard someone at the theater say something about a rumor they had heard about a sequel... Or was it a prequel... I can't remember...

Guillermo del Toro has confirmed that there will be a sequel. I don't know how they're gonna do it, given that the Jaëgers are practically useless now that the Kaiju are defeated, but I'm very interested in seeing if they pull it off.

Ok. I am also very curious as to how they will do it. I have several half formed theories in my head.

But as long as there's more awesome robots, I'll go watch the sequel. So I'm hoping for more awesome robots.
