Flynn and Al gave the money to Naveen to get the permit and pay the fee? What on earth did they spend the money for the park on? Seriously, this is keeping me up at night :/

Well in my mind it's like this:
the rich kid Eric, who attend a school filled with rich kids, didn't send money with them, just assumed they would have it, as everyone has money in his world, money never being a concern.
Naveen, Flynn and Al couldn't pay, none of them having any money, but also being the kind of morally lose lads they are didn't mind the idea of playing with out permission, and maybe even relishing the idea of breaking a (to them) small law. Not telling the very morally upright Eric anything about it, and just thinking they'd get away with it, as they get away with so much else...
Eric is a presumptive rich kid who doesn't think about money being a problem
Naveen, Flynn and AL being too embarrassed about not having it so they don't say anything.
Flynn and Al being the adventurous, devil-may-care, mischief makers, who wouldn't think twice about playing without a permit.
And they might have gotten way with it too, had it not been for that pesky Hades ^^
Who complained about the ruckus, and just lucked out with them not having a permit.

And I assumed Eric knowing Flynn and Al didn't have money had given it to them and the two rogues (Flynn and Al) went and spent it. I guess since I know which of my friends aren't "well off" I would give them the money if I'm asking them to do something for me. But I also am not "well off" myself, unlike Eric.
