Nope ..my doctor said the best therapy is to walk..I can't lift or bend organist.. so walking is my therapy for now..

No it's not like your thinking.. it's a loop.. I walk 7 or 8and half blocks out then 8 and half back.. 17.. then sat for a while then walked Luigi .. it was a good day..then sat in my walker in the sun for awhile
