I got upset because he kept ignoring me to talk to people who I'd introduced and stuff, he kept saying 'Back soon, so and so wants to video chat' And I'm like oh, can we still text chat and he's like sure then goes quiet for hours, then he had spoken to the other person, forgotten about me and gone playing video games with other people. I was upset and became a bit of a prick...

The problem with internet dating like that is you can't know the other person as they truly are, and you can't know if they're telling you the truth about their life. not to mention you can't have an intimate relationship with them if they arenβt close to you and you can't meet up (my friend, she's dating someone over the internet, and she's cheated on my friend at least once, for some reason they're still together and it's been nearly a year but they havenβt met in real life yet even though they're only between 1 and 4 hours from each other, or something like that. to me that doesn't make any sense)

I know, I went and met Rowan and he turned out to be a prick, but the person I'm with, I talk to him that often on skype calls, I know whats true and what isnt anyway, cause I hear his mum and dad, brother, and friends on his school bus home XD
The fact I cant actually be with him is what upsets me, but hey, you can still love someone. If it all goes splat, so be it...
