Description This is BBC's Sherlock. It's done entirely in pen on Strathmore Bristol paper.

I did this in about 1.5 to 2 hours while watching Season One and in between classes.

I hope you like it. It's my first work in pen, so I really impressed myself. (sorry about the not perfect handwriting)

This is a great idea! The shading style is unique but very effective, and I love the background of quotes! You have also captured Benedict Cumberbatch very well - the only thing I could suggest is to lighten the shading in the eyes a little but other than that its almost perfect!

The short hatch marks are appropriate -- the character was created from bits of straw. He *seems* like a whole person, but he's play acting at being human. Will he blow away? Will he collapse, unable to bear the weight of his ego?

So stuningly beautiful , I love your unique style . There are so many drawings of Benedict as Holmes that the only ones that interest me now are the truely exeptional and eye catching ones and may I say this certainly ticks both boxes ! Must have been a pain writing out all the queotes though , you probably had to keeps on checking to make sure you got them right and that you could fit them in well on the page . I would'nt have the patience !

The show has got awesome fan-art on deviantart so much so that I started thinking its just too hyped. But this piece all the dialogues just reminded me why I love the show so much. Its beautiful.

thank you. My parents started watching it when it first was shown on PBS, and I was too busy to watch it with them. I see what the hype is about. It's amazing. I had to pay my tribute. I'm actually currently working on another.
