lol who knows... but id like to imagine that its something like jelly fish they reproduce without reproductive organs maybe their anatomy is beyond our carbon based understanding of reproductive biology like mayb they simple self replicate with the right ammount of genetic information maybe its not a an actual pregnancy maybe shes just about to duplicate herself over time and it just appears that way... ive seen plenty of goo/slime girl pregnancies and never really asked how bcuz nobody knows how they work there just goo ... but as far as goo/slime girls get prego in MY universe you shall soon see my good sir

Well this does cause alot of questions that really dont belong.
First, "slime girls" reproduce in a simple biological manner of single-celled organisms(because theyre a colony of single-cells organisms, derp). They gather mass until the split off into another slime-person.
Having actual terms of pregnancy is mind-boggling.
Also...um how can she see the chart without optic nerves? I dont think she's in denial, just done with the pretense of having vision sensory.

Do you draw goo girls often? There's a lot of interesting situations for a slime girl. Not to mention you pull off shine and moistness quite well. (That Sue shower scene is a quick example.)
