Description
Age 5: Found abandoned on a shuttle docked recently at the fortress city of Kasr-Sorn on Cadia. No identification, no possessions. Too young to have DNA records on file. Eventually, reluctantly, accepted by the ministers at the nearby orphanarium. Never adopted.Age 13: Transferred to the illustrious "Kell's Pride" boarding school. Excels at máthēma but little else. Hesitant to socialize and invariably attacked when she does. Hostility of students reaches a critical level, leading to a school wide riot. Defended and escorted to safety by a lone student.

She's a 'Pariah', a human who is 'void' in the Warp. They have no soul. That should explain the vacant look on her face as a 5 yr old. Every Pariah gives off an aura of 'wrongness' which leads people to either stay away from them, parents smothering their pariah babies, or beat them into oblivion (13 yrs old). Pariah individuals are generally taken by the Imperial Assassins to become a Culexus Assassin. They are genetically and cybernetically enhanced to become killing machines able to infiltrate any enemy stronghold and kill the enemy. No Psyker can detect them because they have no soul and as such have no presence in the Warp to detect, so they are incredibly hard to detect.
However, a Pariah of any kind produces an aura that kills nearby psykers. In the 'Ragged Edge' series, Cuddles almost dies from being in the same room as her for about 5 minutes. Hence, 25 years old, she is holding a Dark Eldar and the Eldar are all psykers. So, merely being close to one of these assassins is death to an Eldar. Drop one on a Craftworld, and you can say goodbye to 1000+ Eldar.
Here you are seeing the Culexus Assassin (Nada) transformation from 5 year old to the perfect death machine.

I think you are much better than you openly believe you are. You make characters that are believable and avoid pitfalls that make me often avoid ocs(raege has numerous issues with her own personality and position, boone didnt become the secret almighty savior of the universe, and cuddles is cuddles) and youve managed to make 20+ of them that work within the setting while still being what you intended(i hope). Your awesome, please don't forget it.

This isn't about women or anything. In the 41st Millennium this is what the technologically deprived Imperium do to their top assassins to get them to their greatest potential. Yes it looks brutal and it is. But with enemies all around humanity has few choices to save themselves. This guys art is an awesomely detailed and story rich splinter off of a HUGE video game, and massive tabletop game. There are lots of pod-casts, websites, pictures, art, videos and even 2 freaking movies about this game. It's called Warhammer 40,000 and you should feel silly for what you have just said. So next time research and understand what you are seeing before you just peg things and go off on an unneeded rant to put people down for things you didn't take the time to understand. The description is kind of fucked up, as in more than the intentional fucked-up Age 17 text that used to be there. It looks (to me at least) like someone opened the wrong file in Notepad, i.e. about a full page of squares with a few recognizable characters scattered here and there.

Aspirants slowly get their organs as they go through rigorous training, psykers go through serious physical trauma through soul binding... or is that astropaths... (head explodes), and standard citizens get turned into the IG to go get nom nom nommed by tyranids. That looks a lot more painful to me :/ but it least she wasn't turned into an eversor assassin, those guys are filled with enough drugs to bleed acid and explode upon death XD

All psykers undergo Sanctioning, which ranges from traumatising to instant death; only Astropaths get the Soul-Binding.
And really, Guardsmen have it way better than the poor sods in the PDF, to say nothing of the civvies caught in the warzone... And Tyranids at least only want to eat you; Necrons harvest you for organs, Dark Eldar want to torture and rape you to death, and Daemons eat your soul...
