Yeah, I'm still alive. Just haven't been home for several months. I even have missed almost all the new MLP season.

I wasn't even going to watch it, but when I heard Gilda was appearing again, I decided to give it a shot. I certainly enjoyed the episode, even if it broke some griffon lore that I had prior introduced.

So, this is a picture I got: cover art for a fic I posted on FIMFiction about six months ago or so. What was so special about this fic: it made the Feature Box, jumping to the very top for almost two weeks. Needless to say, I was exceedingly proud of that one. I would have posted this cover art up here, but soon after posting the fic, I had to go to a far away land: Georgia.

The griffon episode got me thinking about the griffons again, and I wanted to post this to hopefully expand some interest. A lot of the stuff I introduced was actually in that episode, though a lot more wasn't.

As you can see in the picture: this is Princess Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia, standing before King Gilford, the king of the griffons, on a diplomatic mission of peace. This is a scene taken from the fic. If anyone is interested:
